    Removed from an old western  Electric rotary dial telephone is an old dial number card or center of dial  looks like metal is brass  ..a magnet does not stick to this anyhere..Lambert 2 might be from St. Louis area-back in the day..not sure  of locations....thanks or looking ...please note this is not blurry but the protective celluloid plastic cover is dirty  please see other photo with expanded view.
