    Description

    This Auction is for:
Western Electric Black Oval 202 F1? handset gets a dial tone
This item is in really great shape. It is dial tone functional, receives but it does not have a ringer. The ringer was a separate item in these days (1930's) and ringers were still individual boxes. My understanding is that this type of phone should always have the subset or be modified before use to avoid damage.  It has a nearly 12' cord with pronged ends that should be connected to a box. Dial works easily and receives calls (no ring) dialed in.
In great shape with minimal wear. Does have a few small nicks. Number card may be original. Do not miss this one.
Condition of phone commensurate with age.
    This will not disappoint you.
