Vintage Stromberg-Carlson Telephone Rotary Dial Phone With lock

This phone is as Stromber-Carlson dial phone from the 1930s The schematic has both Automatic electric and North Electric on it Northern Electric is Canada. Has chip to the handset holder as shown in closeup. Unusual thing it has a lock on it so it can't be dialed so I am thinking someone put this on it maybe in a motel so only incoming calls could be done no outgoing. I do not have the key for the lock. Neat schematic on the inside as shown. Selling in as found condition.
