    This auction is for an Act Approved March 3rd, 1863 Twenty Five Cents Fractional Currency banknote from the United States banknote. This item is circulated and has the following: folding and wear (some crisp areas remain); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease and/or rust stains, areas of discoloration - blackish foreign substance and a greasy bottom left corner area); edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed); surface wear and fraying; edge indents/nicks (if any tears exist they are small); no holes that I could see. Please see the photos to judge the condition of the note.
