    This token was created by Philadelphia token and medal maker F.C. Key & Sons.  This die combination was used to strike tokens on copper, brass, white metal, and silver planchets.  All four varieties are rare and silver is the rarest with an estimated surviving population of only 2-4 tokens.  No silver tokens for this die combination appear in either the NGC Census or the PCGS Population Report.  This token was cleaned long ago and there are hairlines on its surfaces.
