If you're running a Weber DGV or DGS series carb on your 4.2L  jeep, then these are the gaskets used in the adapter kit! tough  to find when you need them!
The Redline Weber K551 and K551-38 carb kits are a great way to  eliminate the stock Carter carb on your 4.2L Jeep and replace it  with a Weber DGV or DGS-series carb! While the kit does come  with everything, the gaskets used on the adapter plate will  eventually wear out which will leave you with vacuum leaks  galore. This kit includes both of the gaskets used on the  sandwich adapter and also the base gasket between the carb and  the adapter for both the DGV and the DGS series carbs.
Do it once, do it right!
