OUR DESCRIPTION
A
RARE & Nice Original Antique 1901 KELLOGG CANDLESTICK With Older Beveled Edge Transmitter and
with marked Kellogg Receiver
that someone painted Dark Brown. This Candlestick will be Sold AS IS and Untested
. The approximate age would be 1901.
Visually in good original Antique condition with the exception of the center
sleeve
. The
sleeve
appears to be metal with black paint and I believe the
sleeve
should have been a Brownish in color and Bakelite.
It does have the K in the
Bakelite
Mouthpiece so I know
that's
original as well. This one also has the older numbered marked Beveled Edge transmitter. The
Nickle
appears to be
in Good Original Condition in some spots and a few of the parts are brassed out.
The Cloth cord appear to be in very good condition. This one is similar to the one pictured in Kate Dooner's book called TELEPHONES ANTIQUE TO MODERN on page 104 Right side bottom. It Measures approximately 5-1/2" Wide at the base and 10-1/2" Tall.
I did dust it off but I am sure it could use more cleaning if you so desire. If I didn't already have one for my personal collection I would be keeping this one. These are very hard to locate in this good original antique condition.

RETURNS

it. If you receive your item and the box is damaged please keep that for
reimbursement
