Miniature Western Electric Metal 302 Lucy Like Mid Century Modern Art Phone
Working Telephone Clock
Up for auction is a really cool piece of Mid Century Art.
It is a telephone shaped clock.
This working
metal clock resembles a miniature Western Electric 302 Lucy telephone.
I set the clock and it kept time while I had it plugged in for a couple of days.
This phone clock was originally a combination cigarette lighter and clock but it has been wired to operate the clock only.
The clock instruction card is attached to the underside of the clock. The clock has some wear and some paint loss as shown in the pictures.
The covers for one end of the receiver is missing and two of the rubber feet are missing.
