    Description

Original wall phone manufactured by Kellogg Switchboard & Supply Company, Chicago, either late 1800's or early 1900's. Oak wood case, with inact internal electronics and Kellogg wiring diagram. Original label can be seen in a green rectangle on the front, and also an intact paper label underneath part of the case.
Mouthpiece is labeled 'Central Mutual Telephone Co', which is assumed to be the local phone company where it was originally installed.
At some point (around 50 yrs ago possibly) this phone was modified to include an internal rotary Automatic Electric Company phone. Second wiring chart by AEC is also included.
The earpiece has a small piece broken around the cap that screws on, shown in last pic. Crossthreading the cap will keep it held on tight if needed. Otherwise condition is as photos show. Electronically and mechanically speaking, the components look sound but the functionality is unknown.
    Measures approx 19 x 10.5 x 10" and weighs 25 lbs.
