J86 INCREDIBLE 1869 50 CENT LINCOLN FRACTIONAL CISP High grade.  It does not look like this was circulated but it does look like it maybe was not stored well with  a nice case. Please see pictures I tried to take close-up so you can zoom in . This paper has quite a bit of fiber in it you'll see one fiber comes down across Lincoln's Face there's a few fibers that stretch across the white material on the exterior of the bill  those are just fibers front and back  and these fibers are inside the paper.   This item looks fantastic  no fold marks . There is a small stain in the top left I took a very close up with a magnifier picture as well as the bottom left corner in the top right corner have a little softness to them you'll see in the close-ups what I'm referring to.  If you have any questions or need more pictures please let us know.
