2.5” Heavy Duty Gate Valve is a perfect choice for controlling pressurized or gravity-fed water sources. The non-rising stem, slow-closing valve eliminates the potential for water hammer and can easily be opened and closed with one hand. The body and components are manufactured out of light-weight aluminum and protected with a hardcoat finish. We added an extra layer of protection by applying a powdercoat finish to the valve’s main body.
The dual-sealing surface design on each side of the seat guarantees a leak-proof valve. The valve stem is machined out of stainless steel verses aluminum for longevity and allows the seat to recess within the upper chamber of the valve body for a full flow and an unobstructed waterway.
