    This grocer obtained store cards from Cincinnati token maker John Stanton.  A single obverse die was combined with five stock dies for token production.  Most varieties are extremely rare.  The most common variety is very scarce.  According to the NGC Census and the PCGS Population Report, this rare specimen is tied for finest known with one other token for all varieties.
