    Civil War Store Card for Foster & Metcalf, Metal Smiths in Grand Rapids, Michigan
    Fuld  MI370C-2b (brass)     R-5     NGC  MS-62          Incorrectly attributed as the -1b variety on the slab label
    Wilder Foster and Martin Metcalf obtained store cards from an unidentified token maker who prepared three custom dies.  Two obverse dies have almost identical designs.  Both obverse dies were combined with the third reverse die for token production and tokens were struck for circulation on brass planchets.  This token is the less common variety and it is very scarce.
