The GKTECH SR20/KA24 5 speed short throw shifter is a direct replacement of the standard item and helps reduce the shifter throw by around 30% which helps increase shift time and also makes everything feel much tighter. Note that although this short shifter looks similar to others on the market our shifter is the only shifter that utilises the OEM shifter cup to drastically help reduce noise which is very common in short shifters. - CNC machined aluminium base - Fits all KA24DE, CA18DE/DET and SR20DE/DET 5-speed transmissions (RWD ONLY) NOTE: will NOT fit the S15 6-speed transmission

No, you will need your OEM hardware, however, in terms of the shifter itself it will arrive as shown in the product photo.

Yes, provided you have general mechanical knowledge it is very straight forward.
