Antique 1920-1930 Western Electric 51AL Rotary Dial Candlestick with a #4 Dial & 684 Subset ( Ringer Box )

For your consideration is a beautiful Western Electric 51AL Dial Candlestick Telephone, a #4 Dial with a Metropolitan Alphanumeric number plate and a Western Electric 684 subset / ringer box.
The Base and Stem (Tube) have been powder coated
.

Powder coated finishes are much more durable and scratch resistant than paint.
This phone has been professionally grit blasted and powder coated with a Semi-Gloss Black finish which closely resembles the finish on Western Electric telephones.
Description:
Western Electric 51AL Dial Candlestick and Subset/Ringer Box.
* The inside the candlestick base has a small terminal block which indicates this 51AL is an upgraded 50AL.
The candlestick also has a 51AL perch marking.
The Western Electric #4 dial has that "Clickity Clack" sound that is most desirable.
The 684BA  subset/ringer box has the later components like a WE 302 telephone and it rings loud and clear.
New brown cloth Receiver Cord, Subset/Mounting cord and round black Modular line cord were added.
This candlestick has a 323 transmitter, a
144 Bakelite receiver
and an original Bakelite
mouth piece with a star in the center.
The base cover was replaced with new brown felt.
This candlestick has been tested on a digital telephone

and it is in good working condition!!
