Customer service and communication
- I strive to provide an excellent products and service and do my best to provide a detailed product listing.  I am happy to answer questions or provide additional photos to help my buyers make a good purchase decision. On the rare occasion where a listing or shipping error occurs, I will do my best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.  Buyers must contact me within 5 days of receipt to advise of an issue or the intent to return.   All communication is through ebay message system.
Returns
- Items are accepted for return within 30 days of receipt. They must be in brand new and unopened condition in original packaging and with all inserts and any security loops intact.  Bedding is a personal item. Due to the nature of bedding, any items that are opened,unfolded or placed on the bed or used/laundered are no longer in original condition and are ineligible for a return.  Authorized returns may be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Returns for color, fit or style are considered buyers remorse reasons.  I can't be responsible for how color appears on your computer monitor so ask questions if you are trying to color match.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  Credit issued will be less the cost of shipping.
Shipping Details
- Your order with usually be shipped within one business day via the best eligible shipping method.  I will ship to the address in paypal.  Please modify the address prior to payment if you wish the item to go to a different address.   If you need expedited shipping please contact me for options/costs.
Payment
- I accept paypal.  Payment should be received within 3 business days of auction close.  If you need to pay in another way or need more time for payment, please message me for options.
