    Description

This is a complete Carter YH Carburetor Premium Rebuild and Repair Kit. Everything needed and some extra parts not found in any other kit. In addition to the gaskets, you get a new pump, discharge ball and needle, new pump return spring, metering rod stabilizer spring, pump lifter link seal (usually missing), new mixture needle and spring, and a set of 4 correct brass replacement screws for the choke and throttle plates. It is also the only kit you will find that includes a new internal fuel filter. I will also include o-ring seals for the throttle shafts to improve the seal and keep contaminants out for longer life. All parts are ethanol proof/resistant. This kit will fit Corvair, Nash, and Corvette carbs as well as those used on marine engines. You won't have to try to figure out which gaskets and parts to use and which to toss if you alert me to the application you have. The extra hard parts alone could cost you over if you could even find them separately.
Don't be fooled by sellers using generic pictures from the web, as there is no way to know what you will get. There are still some very old kits in circulation that don't have the ethanol upgrades. There are even some sellers advertising kits they don't actually have, but wait to order them from a supplier after you buy them. In those cases where "you get what you pay for, or less", so ask good questions before you buy and have to return your kits.
Why not do it right the first time and increase the time between rebuilds. I have had units come back after 10 years for refreshing that were still running.
The pictures of the carbs are just there to ensure you are ordering the correct kit. The bronze filter shown in one of the pictures has been replaced with a stronger stainless steel screen. Sorry, but no more export shipping due to ongoing thefts and damage.
