    Item 3433 is a Western Electric Compact wall phone which is comprised of
    · One ringer box with a 5 bar magneto that rings
    · One G1 non-dial space saver phone with F1 handset
    · One metal battery canister containing 2 old Rayovac batteries.
    Details of the Ringer box: The overall condition of the wood is good. The finish has been painted black and is in poor condition.
    Note these issues:
    · backboard: see the white paint on all edges of the backboard.
    · inside surface of the door: see the 2 holes that are 1 inch from the bottom edge of the inside surface of the door. These holes do not go through to the front of the door.
    Exterior: No manufacturer markings are visible on the exterior of the box. There is a rectangular raised outline that can be seen under the black paint on the lower portion of the door. This may be a Western Electric decal that has been painted over. The ringer box and the bells have been painted black
    Door closure: The door is secured with a "screw closure" mechanism.
    Interior: Inside the box is a 5 bar 400k magneto that rings at the turn of the crank. It is marked, "48A"on the magneto housing. Also in the box is a non-dial 104a induction coil. The information, "400K" is stamped into the thin edge of the top panel. The information, "II 36." is stamped in orange paint on the lower edge of the inside surface of the door.

    Details of the G1 non-dial space saver phone with F1 handset
    See the "space saver" phone with its receiver cradle on the side of the ringer box. The top of its metal housing bears the following message: "Please Answer Promptly." Receiver: The handset bears the information, "Bell System..... manuf by Western Electric." The information, "F-1" is also marked on the handset. Some of the black rubber-covered cords are cracked and in poor condition.
    One metal battery canister containing 2 old Rayovac batteries.
    The metal battery canister is painted black and the information, "MFG by Paragon Electric Co, Chicago, ILL" is stamped on the bottom. Inside the canister are two old Rayovac "No. 6" dry cells, which are in fair condition. The canister measures 7 1/4 inches by 5 5/8 inches.
