    Antique Stromberg Carlson Wall Phone Hand Crank Walnut Wood Telephone.  It measures 32" tall and 10" wide.  Turning the crank rings the bells.  There is an age crack on the front board of the battery box.  I had to wrap several layers of Teflon tape around the threads on the receiver to get them to grab.
