    Description

    Bid is for one US Navy BUSHIPS WW2 type B phone made by AUTOMATIC ELECTRIC CO.  Size is roughly 15" x 7" x 5" high.  Weight is almost 18 pounds.  This phone has not been restored but can easily be converted to landline use by a phone tech.  I removed all the screws to show the inside, probably the first time since built!  The inside of the phone is very clean, perfect condition.  See photos.   Wiring diagram is inside.  This is a rare find with insides this clean.  Handset sits in a locked position with a side handle to free it for use.  Only found on capital (large) ships in the WW2 US Navy.  no idea what ship it came from.  Some small defects are noted in the photos.
