1930 Connecticut Railroad Wood Phone Refurbished by Chicago TelephoneOriginal about 1930 Connecticut Railroad Wood Telephone refurbished by Chicago Telephone and Repair Company in 1940 or so. As is. They are decent; but could be refurbished (some of them). Some of them may have different handsets, cord may be frayed or vary some. (These are stock photos as there are 10 available). 7” wide and 5 3/4” deep. A grille is at the top on the door. Behind this grille is a jingle gong ringer. Could be made to work with the same ease and also made into an older looking phone (separate transmitter and receiver) with some ease.
